Unique Brand Manager opportunity within a well established and well loved Australian Wine Brand. Your task; Make everyone in Australia and New Zealand fall even more in love with these exquisite brands through fantastic storytelling for the moments that matter in life, fun times, sharing, caring, laughter, moments spent with family and friends in and out of the home aka on-premise and off-premise.
Duties
- Utilising critical and tactical thinking and a broad understanding of the segment and build activities which maximise and develop the brands ongoing growth
- New Product and Packaging Development in-line with premium category cues
- PR and events to in-store promotions to share portfolio credentials with customer and business
- ATL customer campaigns
- Build nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such as Vineyards, NPD, major retail chains, major hospitality groups, independents providers and agencies
- Develop and nurture NPD across this premium category
- Develop plan and ways of working with cross-retail brand marketing and merchandising teams.
- Post-graduate degree in Marketing or similar
- 4+ years experience preferably in Wine/Alcohol/Beverage/FMCG
- Strong Business Acumen and Commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
- Collaborative, proactive working style
