The role
The responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
- Execution of standard daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across financial and non-financial metrics,
- Performing regular analysis and insights on volume, revenue, cost of goods and overheads by business segment and customer,
- Interpret and analyse data to provide key management personnel with insights, represented in a logical and understandable way for its audience,
- Assist with delivering and implementing financial and operational reporting into Power BI
- Assist the finance team with development of annual budget and regular forecasting requirements, including financial modelling capabilities.
- Development of presentations to represent data & content (Financial & Non-financial, Quantitative and Qualitative) for key management personnel, executive presentations, and customer reporting,
- Recognise improvement area opportunities and support defining new process to address,
- Streamlining and improving of internal reporting
- Tertiary qualified in finance/accounting or similar (mandatory),
- CPA/CA qualified, or currently completing (preferred but not essential),
- Experience with Power BI
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High commercial acumen
- Background and experience in a high performing consulting environment is desirable
- Experience & understanding within an evolved, structured finance operation and their reporting needs
