We have a requirement for a Business Analyst to facilitate the collection of business requirements for financial management in Salesforce.

You will be responsible for and have prior experience:

• Map as-is processes and develop to-be processes
• Demonstrated process mapping experience
• Ability to get into the detail to understand the business and be passionate about business outcomes/value.
• Work well within the team to support core work packages and lead the data sync / migration / integration work for the same
• A highly analytical mind with a strong inclination for problem-solving
• Ability to quickly develop a competent understanding of business processes, business rules, data and applications
• Desirable experience as a project business analyst on Financial or HR / Payroll systems
• Ideally have Aged Care/Home Care Knowledge
