My client is a national medical institute looking for a Business Analyst to join the organisation on a 2year fixed term contract..
You will be tasked with ensuring the smooth delivery of their Kronos rostering system by providing business analysis services.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be tasked with undertaking stakeholder consultations, facilitating meetings and workshops to gather required business information for requirements definition and modelling of business operations.
- Working with the business to identify opportunities, process/system enhancements and suggest creative solutions.
- Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors and the program teams.
- Document business requirements, business processes (as-is and to-be), business rules, data models, interface specifications, report design and data flows as necessary.
- Contribute to project tenders, provide support to respective leads in change, testing, data migration, system integration and training as needed.
- support the transition and handover of project outputs to BAU.
- Experience working on Kronos, rostering and or payroll projects
- Demonstrated track record in delivering BA services to a range of IT and business projects
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure, networks and systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing BA artefacts
