Our client is a market leader in their space. They are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join their team and provide leadership to a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners who are driving a positive systems/digital experience to the business.

Experience required:

• Retail or FMCG experience required
• Business acumen, particularly within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR & Finance.
• Strong functional requirements documentation/tracking/delivery skills
• Experience in ERP solution delivery.
• Senior-level expertise from IT Operations and Application Management, showcasing proficiency in a range of software, applications and data integrations.  
• Experience in implementing custom cloud (AWS/Azure) based solutions.
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment.
• 5-10+ years of proven experience in service management and technical delivery roles.
• Experience working in a software development environment across the full SDLC
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
• Ideally possess a background in technology, with knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products (Office 365, Dynamics, Power Apps).
