Key Experience Required:
- 4+ years implementing and optimizing enterprise CRMs, especially in fundraising
- Deep expertise in business analysis, database design, process automation, and data modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in system and user testing, managing change, and driving outcomes
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector and demonstrate fundraising knowledge and understanding of best practice principles and procedures in the not-for-profit sector.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at fostering collaborative relationships
- Maintains composure under pressure, adaptable to project changes, and understands data governance for fundraising compliance
