About the Project
Join a major infrastructure transformation initiative aimed at replacing legacy IT server and storage systems across corporate and operational divisions. This program involves underpinning architecture changes, data centre migration, and change management to ensure smooth adoption across multiple business units.

You’ll be working alongside a Senior PM and technical teams to deliver critical outcomes quickly—this is a high-priority project with immediate impact.
Your Role As a Change / Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of change initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
  
  • Engage with business units to understand current processes, pain points, and data needs.
  • Profile business units around their data usage and archiving requirements.
  • Document and validate requirements for migrations and infrastructure changes.
• Change Management
  
  • Develop and execute status plans, messaging strategies, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Communicate complex technical changes in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support adoption by addressing barriers, clarifying decisions, and guiding timing.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  
  • Work onsite to build relationships and facilitate conversations across teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, operating in the “grey” where decisions are still forming.
  • Influence outcomes through strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Awareness
  
  • Understand infrastructure concepts (data centre, Azure, SharePoint, migrations).
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with business needs.

• Clear documentation of business requirements and migration plans.
• Change management strategy and communication materials.
• Support for decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Smooth transition of data centre and associated systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Change Analyst in complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and decision facilitation.
• Familiarity with data centre migrations, Azure, and SharePoint (desirable).
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
