Key Responsibilities
- Lead change impact assessments across business units
- Develop and deliver change strategies and implementation plans
- Support stakeholder engagement and communications planning
- Partner with project and technical teams to ensure smooth transition to S/4HANA
- Identify and manage change risks and mitigation strategies
- Support training strategy and readiness activities
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change on large-scale ICT or ERP programs
- Experience working on SAP transformation projects (highly desirable)
- Strong stakeholder engagement across senior and operational levels
- Experience working in Government or large complex environments preferred
- Prosci, ADKAR or similar change methodology experience desirable
- Long-term program of work
