Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial, operational, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, production, logistics, and marketing to gather and define business requirements.
- Data cleaning and mining: identifying, validating, and removing errors and inconsistencies from raw data to improve quality and ensure it's suitable for analysis.
- Develop business cases, models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems and digital tools.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting cycles.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with senior leadership on ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ASX reporting standards and corporate governance frameworks where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or related field (Postgraduate qualifications desirable).
- 2 - 5+ years’ experience in a business or data analyst role, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or a listed company environment.
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Experience with SQL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of agricultural value chains and market dynamics is advantageous.
