My client is undertaking a large data and reporting piece of work. This program is currently inflight, so will require the successful candidate to jump straight in and get up to speed quite quickly. 

Responsibilities:

• End to end BA work, from requirements gathering through to the creating of BRDs. 
• Process mapping and identifying areas for process improvement
• Design and creation of dashboards
• Act as a conduit between technical and business focused teams, able to communicate effectively with both parties. 
• Act as a champion of change and support business transformation

Experience required: 

• Minimum 3 years end to end BA experience
• Strong knowledge and a passion for data and reporting
• Confident using BI reporting tools. Qlik is preferred however, also open to Power BI and Tableau. 
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, having the ability to guide and influence is also desired
• Worked in an agile / hybrid environment previously
• Industry experience: Supply Chain / Manufacturing or FMCG (highly desired)

This role will be required to be in the office for the first 2 months or so whilst getting up to speed and then will be WFH/WFO hybrid (3/2)
