We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to play a key role in ensuring quality across a sophisticated digital commerce ecosystem program. You’ll be embedded within a high‑calibre delivery team, working across customer‑facing journeys and complex backend integrations in a fast‑paced retail environment.
This role suits someone who enjoys owning integration quality, navigating interconnected systems, and driving confidence in releases through strong SIT and end‑to‑end testing practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and execute system integration and end‑to‑end testing across digital commerce workflows
  • Validate data flows and behaviour across APIs, microservices, and downstream platforms
  • Test identity and access scenarios, including SSO and authentication touchpoints
  • Investigate issues by reviewing logs, analysing system interactions, and working through root causes
  • Partner closely with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to support quality delivery
  • Create, manage, and maintain test assets including test cases, defects, and execution reporting
  • Support release cycles, including pre‑production validation and post‑deployment checks
What You’ll Bring
  • Demonstrated experience testing retail or e‑commerce platforms (HCL Commerce or equivalent environments advantageous)
  • Strong practical knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, and service‑based architectures
  • Hands‑on use of Postman or similar tools to validate integrations
  • Experience working with Jira and test management frameworks to track quality outcomes
  • Proven capability testing authentication and SSO workflows
  • Exposure to multi‑brand, multi‑domain digital platforms
  • Confidence troubleshooting complex issues, including log analysis and technical investigation
Bonus Experience (Highly Regarded)
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems (e.g. Sterling OMS)
  • Exposure to search and merchandising platforms such as Fredhopper, Solr, or Elasticsearch
  • Experience operating in AWS‑based environments
  • Working knowledge of SQL for test validation
  • Understanding of digital analytics (GA4, GTM)
  • Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
