About the Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a large-scale ERP transformation program spanning multiple workstreams, including HCM, Payroll/Time & Attendance, and Supply Chain.
You’ll be part of a collaborative delivery team working on a modern enterprise platform that will streamline processes, improve data visibility, and enable smarter business decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead workshops and requirements gathering for your allocated stream (HCM, Payroll/Time & Attendance or Supply Chain).
- Analyse and document current and future-state business processes.
- Support fit-gap analysis and solution design with ERP vendors.
- Work closely with technical teams to define integration, data migration, and reporting needs.
- Assist with UAT planning, test case development, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to change impact assessments and training support.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale ERP or business transformation programs.
- Experience across HR, Payroll, or Supply Chain processes.
- Strong skills in requirements management, process mapping, and solution documentation.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex program.
