Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse current business sales and pricing data, processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Document and map business processes using standard modelling tools or methodologies.
- Recommend solutions and develop business cases to support change and business decisions to drive product sales and financial growth.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support management decision-making and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for operational and strategic performance monitoring.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with IT and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or other BI or analytics tools.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and reporting systems advantageous (Sage X3).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Experience in process mapping, data analysis, and business improvement projects.
- Understanding of project management and change management principles.
