The Role:
The Business Analyst is a highly organised and analytical individual who is focused on providing accurate, reliable and timely reporting and forecasting to internal stakeholders, and acts as an enabler for managers to make informed decisions., your responsibilities will include the following:
- Business Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their financial analysis needs and create reporting templates and timely reporting:
○ Provide stock availability insights
○ Supply chain KPI metrics reporting and insights
○ Daily Sales
○ Travel Expenses
○ Cost Centre Reporting - Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
- Use data modelling to analyse business operations and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
- Operational analysis and Carrier performance analysis:
○ Identify cost drivers and improvements including freight recovery - Deliver clear, consistent and timely reporting
- Work with UK to enhance existing reporting
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualified in accounting
- Two-year post qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of business processes, budgeting, forecasting & management reporting
- Strong MS excel skills
- Strong exposure to TM1 & Cognos or similar programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
