We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to deliver new business growth across Healthcare, GBC, and Hospitality sectors.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll own a territory, execute the sales strategy, and drive revenue through strong pipeline management and relationship building with end users and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and achieve sales targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline and forecasts
- Develop relationships with key customers and distributors
- Identify growth opportunities and introduce new products
- Provide market and competitor insights
- 4-5+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
- Experience in industrial, FMCG or cleaning sectors (highly desirable)
- CRM experience and confident with reporting
