The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a defined region, leading an experienced field-based sales team responsible for delivering significant revenue and contract growth.
This role goes beyond hitting targets - you’ll shape strategy, uplift capability, and embed a strong performance and compliance culture.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing and partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities and maximise market penetration.

- Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed B2C sales team
- Drive revenue performance (circa $20M+) and contract volume across the region
- Implement sales strategies to grow market share and enter new segments
- Embed a strong coaching culture through hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership
- Support new business development and partnership-led opportunities
- Ensure compliant, customer-centric sales processes are consistently followed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise lead flow, systems, tools and reporting
- Build strong local market engagement and brand presence
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership (B2C or B2B, financial services background are highly regarded but super open!)
- Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams to exceed targets
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Experience managing large revenue targets and multi-location teams
- Confident operating in structured, regulated environments
