About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within the Healthcare and Professional Cleaning sectors across WA. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives by executing a well-defined national strategy. With a strong focus on building end-user relationships in key markets, this position blends strategic thinking with hands-on business development, making it an ideal next step for a driven sales professional.

Duties
  • Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed budgeted sales and profit targets across your assigned territory.
  • Drive new business opportunities in the Healthcare, GBC, and Hospitality markets, ensuring sustainable growth in partnership with National Accounts and Distribution teams.
  • Take ownership of building a strong sales pipeline, demand planning, and forecasting to secure long-term growth.
  • Lead by example in CRM (C4C) usage, ensuring best practice standards that are recognised both nationally and globally.
  • Collaborate with other BDMs, Distribution, and National Accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong territory support.
  • Maintain a structured customer contact schedule to resolve issues, introduce new products, and report on competitor activity and market opportunities.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles.
  • Previous business development experience strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to competitive industrial markets essential.
  • Experience within the Professional Cleaning sector desirable, though not required.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous but not mandatory.
