My client is seeking a professional and engaging Business Operations Manager to provide varied support to a tight-knit team, working in the Property industry. This is a diverse role that will allow the successful candidate to work across a number of key business areas, and positively contribute to the success of the business. You must have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work, with the attitude that no task is too big or too small.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Diary management
- Screen calls and take messages
- Office management duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Finance support including; Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Invoicing and chasing debtors
- Payroll support
- Facilities coordination
- HR Support, including on boarding and recruitment support
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Meeting room management and booking events
- Event coordination internally and externally
- Marketing support, social medial management
- IT support
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal individual will have experience working in a similar role, as well as:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite – particularly Word and Excel, and all other technical systems
- Experience using Xero is highly advantageous however not essential
- Essential to have high attention to detail
- Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
