We are currently partnering with a fast-growing global retail business to recruit a highly capable Travel Manager / Executive Assistant to support their Chief Operating Officer.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the COO, you will take ownership of all domestic and international travel coordination while providing comprehensive executive assistance. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate with absolute discretion.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the COO’s time, travel, and operational commitments are managed efficiently across a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Management
  • End-to-end management of complex domestic and international travel
  • Coordinating multi-country itineraries across time zones
  • Managing last-minute changes and travel disruptions
  • Negotiating corporate travel rates and managing travel budgets
  • Visa coordination and global travel compliance
  • Travel reporting and cost tracking
Executive Support
  • Complex diary and schedule management
  • Coordinating executive and stakeholder meetings
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and communications
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders globally
  • Managing expenses and reconciliations
  • Supporting operational and strategic initiatives

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Strong background in managing complex international travel
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
  • Professional, discreet, and proactive
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with travel booking systems
