You will be working at multiple sites with the Process Lead and be responsible for evaluating business systems, user needs to determine optimisational potential.
- Write functional requirement specifications, scope and objectives.
- Prepare and consolidate up-to-date project documentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Support Project Lead in developing business case and project plans for full implementation
- Demonstrated experience analysing complex business system and delivering reporting and documentation.
- Proven experience translating business needs into system documentation and process improvement documentation.
- Ability to prepare and interpret schedules and process plans.
- Prior experience in project management planning and implementation, risk management and quality assurance control.
- Good at documenting business rules.
