About the Role

This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s regional product and market intelligence capability. As the Catalogue Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and analysing vehicle parc and product data, while supporting Sales, Marketing and Category teams with insights that inform business planning and product strategy.

The role is well suited to someone with a technical or mechanical background who enjoys working with large data sets and ensuring accuracy, consistency and commercial relevance across product information systems.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain regional vehicle parc (Carparc) master data files
  • Analyse aftermarket trends and prepare product coverage and market share reporting
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with market data for regional planning activities
  • Collect and evaluate technical specifications for new OE vehicle models
  • Partner with regional and APAC category teams to identify product gaps and NPI opportunities
  • Cross-reference technical specifications and applications against competitor products
  • Maintain e-catalogue databases and digital product information systems
  • Support brand and product marketing teams with accurate product and specification content
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration across brands and integrated marketing initiatives
About You

You’re analytical, detail-focused and technically minded, with experience working in automotive data, catalogue management or engineering-related environments. You enjoy translating complex information into usable insights and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the automotive industry
  • At least 3 years’ experience in catalogue or product data management (highly regarded)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience managing large datasets
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
