As the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will lead and develop a team of 13 sales professionals responsible for driving enterprise growth across complex public and private sector clients. You will shape national sales strategy, steward major enterprise partnerships, uplift capability, and champion digital and future‑skills solutions.
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will provide strong people leadership, drive high performance, build team culture, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Learning Design, and Operations to deliver outstanding client outcomes. This senior role blends strategic influence with hands‑on coaching and leadership presence.
Duties
