As Category Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overarching marketing strategy and end-to-end execution of category and collection launches. This is a pivotal and highly visible role, responsible for translating product vision into market success — ensuring every new range lands with impact across digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the 18-month rolling marketing calendar, driving integrated go-to-market plans across key categories and collections.
- Partner closely with the Category, Brand, Digital, CRM, E-Commerce, and Retail teams to ensure seamless launch execution.
- Manage multi-channel campaign strategies, including digital, social, PR, influencer, and in-store activations, ensuring strong ROI and media efficiency.
- Create and champion compelling creative briefs that turn product stories into engaging, customer-driven campaigns.
- Analyse performance data and campaign outcomes to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and commercial impact.
You’re a strategic, commercially-minded marketer with a deep understanding of product and category storytelling. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have the ability to turn insights and creative ideas into tangible business results. Your experience will ideally include:
- End-to-end product or category marketing launch management
- Strong media planning and optimisation capabilities
- Proven ability to lead integrated, omnichannel campaigns
- Experience influencing and collaborating across diverse internal and external stakeholders
