They are a global leader that provide inclusive and customized service. They are currently looking for a Change Analyst to assist in improving business process and planning capability.
Working alongside the Project Lead, Senior Project Manager, Business Lead, Senior Leadership Team and various stakeholders, you will assist in creating and implementing the new SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
You will be required to support the design change management plans, successfully integrate the platform across the organisation and assess against critical path timelines.
- Practical Change Experience (2+ years)
- Experience working with Salesforce SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience working in an agile project environment
- Experience working in a team, assisting diverse group in the organization to successfully adopt change to drive organizational success.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide innovative solutions in a complex environment
- Experience in supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of capability uplift interventions.
