The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to coordinate change management, stakeholder communications, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across a complex ICT project environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving transformation programs and has experience supporting Machinery of Government (MoG) changes or similarly complex organisational transitions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver change management activities and artefacts, including communication plans, stakeholder maps, impact assessments, training plans, and business readiness assessments.
  • Lead development of Change Impact Assessments and design practical change responses for process, system, and solution changes.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders through high-level communication, consultation, and negotiation.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop materials and presentations that embed and sustain change.
  • Coordinate transformational change activities, including benefits realisation, training, and engagement in a complex ICT environment.
  • Manage end-to-end UAT cycles (planning, execution, reporting) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, outcomes-focused team culture.
About You To succeed, you will demonstrate:
  • Strong capability in change planning, analysis, resistance management, and problem solving.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing change and communication strategies in complex projects.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, including advising senior leaders on complex strategic issues.
Highly regarded:
  • Experience with contemporary change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
  • Exposure to ICT projects, particularly Microsoft 365 migrations or large-scale technology transitions.
  • Experience supporting or working within MoG or major organisational restructures.
