About The Role:
As the Change Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the M365 Migration and Adoption project meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing customer adoption and usage of the Microsoft 365 platform.
You will report into the Senior Project Manager and have 2 direct reports. 
Your role is designed to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the Microsoft 365 product set, in particular Microsoft Teams. These improvements will drive a stepped improvement in collaboration and communication outcomes across the companies healthcare services.

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Substantial experience as a Change Manager and leader, including effectively implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology
  • Organisational Change Management experience particularly managing and coordinating people impacts, resource demands and communications
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a role which interacts with all levels of stakeholders
  • Knowledge or experience in structured change and project management methodologies (eg. ADKAR, PRINCE2, AGILE, LEAN, etc.).
  • Leadership and management experience, direct or indirect as well as single operator
  • High-level of effective communication skills (oral presentation, written, information presentation) in order to engage with a wide variety of internal and external professionals at all organisational levels, and groups.
  • Ability to understand health service operations, including funding policy, roles, and strategic health planning.
Your Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Microsoft 365 adoption experience preferred
  • Experience working in the Healthcare sector
  • Ability to work in partnership with a 3rd-party M365 solution provider in delivering change management programs
  • Previous experience as a senior team leader is advantageous
