Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the financial administration of the business to assure long-term success; as the successful candidate your role will: 

• Determine, and be responsible for, all corporate financial functions of the business 
• Develop and recommend broad financial policies 
• Initiate and implement plans to make maximum use of financial resources to meet operating and commercial objectives  
• Appraise the company’s financial position, issuing monthly financial and operating reports to the Local and Global leadership teams. 
• Review use of capital, evaluation of projects, protection of capital and safeguarding of assets by reduction of risks 
• Engage in key projects assigned to the next 12 to 24 months, including an ERP implementation 
• Manage a multifunctional team including finance and IT

CA/CPA qualified, you will be a CFO who has recently been involved with a growing and / or reinvigorated business. You are an experienced finance leader possessing strong commercial experience with a true focus on value add, both internally and externally. You will have extensive experience working in complex supply chains, manufacturing and supporting multiple business units. In return, you will have the opportunity to be part of an C suite leadership team with a clear mandate to deliver growth, sustainable business ventures and build a high performing finance + IT function.
