As they embark on the next step in their growth journey, there now exists an opportunity for a top-tier Chief Financial Officer to join the team.
  
Reporting directly to CEO, you will be principally responsible for providing financial and commercial leadership across the business. Leading a small, yet highly capable team, you will be an integral member of the leadership group playing a key role in financial control, strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities and managing risk. You will identify and implement capital management strategies and will be a key component of commercial negotiations ensuring the business continues to grow in a sustainable manner whilst also ensuring the same levels of customer satisfaction remain.
  
CA/CPA/MBA qualified, you are likely to have commenced your career within a top-tier accounting, management consulting or investment banking firm. You will be a strategic and commercial leader with demonstrated capability in M&A and capital markets. You will have experience within a high-growth or fast-paced entrepreneurial organisation and will be a proactive and strategic leader who is able to engage and influence at all levels of the business. Prior experience in an IPO would be advantageous but is not essential.
