FP Ability brings together Able Foods and Tender Loving Cuisine — two specialist meal delivery providers acquired by For Purpose Investment Partners (FPIP) in 2022 and 2024. Together, they are market leaders in the NDIS and Aged Care meal delivery space, with a mission to deliver quality, service, and positive impact. The two businesses are currently being integrated.
The Role
A newly created Chief Growth Officer (CGO) position reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role is central to FP Ability’s growth journey. You will lead the organisation’s commercial engine — driving sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition — while overseeing a team of 29. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll set the strategic direction, inspire high performance, and position FP Ability as a market leader across the disability and aged care meal delivery sectors.
The Right Candidate
You are a dynamic and strategic growth leader with a proven record in senior sales, marketing, or commercial roles. You thrive on building and scaling businesses, strengthening customer and stakeholder relationships, and delivering measurable results. Inspirational in your leadership style, you know how to get the best out of teams while balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution. Experience in the disability and/or aged care sectors will be highly regarded.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement FP Ability’s growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and deliver on revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Evaluate and optimise sales and marketing processes for efficiency and impact.
- Oversee CRM and digital platforms to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Build and leverage relationships with customers, referral networks, and key industry stakeholders.
- Drive engagement strategies to strengthen FP Ability’s presence in the disability and aged care markets.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and actionable insights to the CEO and board.
- Represent FP Ability at industry events, forums, and conferences.
