Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow across both the accounting and advisory teams, ensuring deadlines are met and team members remain engaged and productive.
- Track client scheduling, monitor lodgment requirements, and manage ATO deadlines including applying for extensions when required.
- Coordinate billable work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Prepare and review proposals for client engagements.
- Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Utilise XPM to manage tasks, deadlines, and reporting.
- Assist with the preparation and lodgment of ATO submissions.
- Provide general client service and administrative support as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting or professional services firm is essential.
- Strong knowledge of ATO lodgment processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and XPM (or similar practice management systems).
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
