Key Responsibilities
- Lead market intelligence efforts, transforming research findings into actionable recommendations supporting long-term commercial objectives.
- Engage in project work and deliver tailored analytical insights to support evolving business priorities.
- Own periodic deliverables, such as data log updates, website reviews, and agreement register finalization, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Produce insightful reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Provide exceptional support by addressing queries from customers and stakeholders, maintaining trusted relationships and consistent service standards.
- Dissect business performance, investigating variables such as market shifts, baseline growth, and industry dynamics—with a focus on quantifying change and identifying improvement areas.
- Develop supplier pricing strategies annually within established commercial boundaries, balancing market conditions and stakeholder needs.
- Professional membership or progress towards CA, CPA, or related certification.
- Commercial analyst experience (1-2 years preferred) in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced organisational skills; proven ability to adapt, prioritise, and drive results in dynamic settings.
- Demonstrated interpersonal acumen, with skills in influencing, negotiating, and building rapport across varied stakeholders and customer groups.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms, such as PowerBI.
