Key Responsibilities:
  
FP&A Analysis and Reporting:
Through data analytics and reporting, support the sales team to optimise time in field, direct them to opportunities, and enable them to track their on-going performance.

• Finance lead to key business units within the Group on driving top line performance, working under the supervision of a Finance Manager
• Work with commercial team to present material proforma’s / quotes / pricing & other proposals to maximizing profitability. 
• Support commercial leadership to meet divisional finance reporting and analysis requirements
• Business forecasting lead for both local and divisional finance and commercial stakeholders driving accuracy, alignment and visibility to risks and opportunities
• Prepare and maintain forecasting templates, collate forecast data to provide business, divisional and corporate view.
• Own End of Quarter revenue tracking and reporting

Budgeting / Annual operating plan (AOP):
Work with commercial teams to provide robust data and analytics to enable Operating and Strategic planning and implementation. Key team member leading planning, preparing, consolidation and reporting of budget.

• Involved in planning to ensure achievable comprehensive plan is developed
• Work with key stakeholders in developing revenue plans for assigned business units.
• Business unit finance lead for developing, aligning and presenting annual revenue and operating expense budget
• Facilitate the setup of annual incentive targets partnering commercial leaders
