Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leads to support delivery of the strategy and in-year plans and to improve process and business performance based on the direction set by the Head of Finance and B&M Leadership team.
- Owner of monthly and quarterly close requirements, including financial results and variance analysis, generating actionable insights and performance reporting.
- Involved in the quarterly forecasting process, supporting delivery of the annual operating plan process, including acting as the lead on the Headcount and Overhead tools.
- Proactively drive an environment of continuous improvement with stakeholders to identify and drive process change. Define solutions to automate and improve reporting, amplify the use of automated GCP Reports.
- Adhoc reporting.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial or financial analysis, ideally in a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain-driven business.
- CA/CPA qualified, or close to qualifying.
- Strong Excel, Power BI and ERP experience (SAP, JDE, Oracle) highly regarded
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills - able to simplify the numbers and influence non-finance stakeholders
