The Role
This role will drive financial, operational, process and system improvements and performance excellence across the Group. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide analytical, accounting and management reporting services and financial insight that drives decision making across all areas of the business.
  • Partner and support the CFO and CEO to assist in the identification and execution of business improvement activities and strategic initiatives leading to improved margins and profitability.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across the group including system improvements, enhanced reporting capabilities and commercial projects. 
  • Support pricing decisions, product costing, investment performance, materials procurement and strategy development and execution.
  • Own and drive the budgeting and forecasting process, working with key stakeholders to provide insight and trends. 
  • Development and ownership of management reporting and packs.
  • Responsibility for internal controls and corporate governance.
  • Manage, develop and nurture a small commercial support team.
The Person   
You will be CA/CPA qualified + have an understanding of manufacturing processes and supporting commercial outcomes in this environment. You will have 5-7 years experience in a commercial partner focused role. Previous exposure to manufacturing, warehousing and distribution in a high volume
environment coupled with demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in strategy development and process improvement. Experience with Power BI or similar required.
