You will lead a small, capable team while taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in lifting capability, refining processes, and ensuring the business is making informed, data-led decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process
- Deliver timely, accurate and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders
- Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and accountability
- Provide commercial analysis and challenge to support key decisions and initiatives
- Identify risks and opportunities, and implement practical solutions
- Improve reporting, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and better insights
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
You are a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys being close to the business. You bring a strong technical foundation but are equally comfortable influencing stakeholders and simplifying complex financial information.
You will likely demonstrate:
- Proven experience in management accounting and commercial finance
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- CPA/ CA qualification
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience leading teams and developing talent
- A track record of improving processes and driving better business outcomes
