If you are experienced disputes lawyer and or Commercial Manager that can start at short notice and are looking to work within a highly regarded entity on a diverse and complex project then this is a role you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• commercial assessment and management of disputes, including identification and development of commercial strategies to resolve disputes and mitigate risk exposures;
• commercial review of legal dispute resolution strategies, dispute documentation and briefs to Counsel;
• commercial advice/direction to ensure the business objectives are reflected and implemented in dispute resolution documentation and strategy;
• project management of dispute resolution processes, including preparatory materials/activities (e.g. discovery, position statements, expert evidence);
• commercial management of dispute resolution process
• reviewing and assessing disputes and claim documentation and identifying commercial risk exposures;

You will have 6+ years PQE across large scale and complex disputes with a strong preference for experience across the Construction/Infrastructure space. You will have exceptional negotiation & analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
