About the Role
This newly created position is ideal for a commercially minded B2B marketer who’s ready to lead strategic campaigns, drive product launches, and directly support commercial sales outcomes. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll act as the critical connector between marketing, sales, and product development—ensuring brand messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with sector needs across trade, contractor, and A&D audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead B2B marketing strategy and sales enablement across commercial sectors.
- Own go-to-market plans for new product launches including messaging, materials, and campaigns.
- Create tailored assets to support commercial sales and product uptake.
- Integrate ESG and sustainability narratives into marketing initiatives.
- Manage CPD content development and accreditation processes.
- Drive campaign execution across digital, print, events, and sponsorships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Oversee supplier and agency relationships to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Report on marketing performance and optimise for ROI.
- B2B marketing or trade/product marketing role.
- Proven success aligning marketing initiatives with commercial sales goals.
- Skilled in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Experience developing high-quality print and digital marketing materials.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, SharePoint, MS Office, Canva.
- Knowledge of the architecture, design, or building products industry is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to CPD programs or working within a regulated industry is highly regarded.
