As they continue to grow their enterprise client portfolio, they are seeking a commercially-minded Enterprise Manager to lead strategic accounts, manage senior client relationships, and act as a key connector between delivery teams and business leaders.
The Role
As Enterprise Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of enterprise-level clients — each with complex needs and large-scale web presences. You’ll be responsible for guiding overall strategy, ensuring technical SEO solutions align with broader business objectives, and driving long-term success through trusted advisory and account expansion.
You’ll work closely with internal technical and content teams while leading the client relationship, ensuring seamless delivery, strong communication, and continuous value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship across a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, acting as the strategic lead and main point of contact.
- Translate business objectives into tailored SEO strategies that drive performance and align with client goals.
- Guide implementation through collaboration with internal SEO specialists, ensuring recommendations are actioned and tracked.
- Facilitate strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, including CMOs, Digital Managers, and Heads of Marketing.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, identifying wins, areas of opportunity, and emerging digital trends.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities through deep understanding of client needs and proactive problem solving.
- Coordinate account delivery, manage timelines, and ensure internal resources are aligned to client priorities.
- Act as a mentor and contributor within the broader team, supporting continuous improvement and agency growth.
You’re a digital strategist, SEO expert, or senior account lead who’s worked with complex websites or large brands. You understand the nuances of technical SEO, but you also have the commercial acumen to guide big-picture conversations.
You thrive in environments where you’re client-facing and outcome-driven. You can confidently lead a room, influence decision makers, and act as the voice of strategy across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
