Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Maintenance Administrator to work on a part time basis. This role will take place over three days allowing you to work from home once per week. In this role, you will use your administrative skills to assist with any maintenance requests, warranty questions as well as client and supplier support.
You will enjoy working in a fun, yet fast and dynamic team environment and have excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound calls and emails relating to customer and supplier questions or concerns
- Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible
- Liaise with major clients regarding warranty requirements for projects within the service & warranty periods when necessary.
- Check & review maintenance and warranty reports
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the construction industry. Highly desired but not essential.
- Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
