This group have been delivering high end townhouses and apartments for over ten years in Victoria. They are a developer/builder and deliver projects ranging from $4 mil - $20 mil. They have a reputation for delivering some of Melbourne's most luxurious projects and continue to acquire land in blue chip areas in Melbourne. 

Reporting to the Directors of the company you will be responsible for 

• Oversee 3-4 project delivery teams. 
• Ensure projects are meeting set budgets and programs. 
• Oversee contract management and any dispute resolution with sub-contractors. 
• Work closely with the development team during the design development phase. 
• Prepare and present monthly construction reports to Directors of company. 

You will ideally have worked for a commercial builder and a high end builder in your career. You must understand how to deliver high end finishes and have a strong background in construction delivery.
