About the Role:
- Oversee the delivery team of PM's, CA's & Site Managers
- You will work closely with the directors of the business
- Monthly reporting of projects
- Pragmatic and proactive in your approach to problem solving
- Mentor staff and enhance business relationships
Your Background to be Considered:
- Ideally have 5+ years in a Project Manager or Construction Manager's role
- Commercial project experience
- Experience leading and motivating teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Long term focused with a passion for relationships
