The Role:
- Managing all aspects of the project including planning, co-ordination and supervision from commencement to handover in an effective and cost efficient manner
- Oversee scheduling, labour management, invoice approval,inspections and client relations
- Engage, motivate, direct and lead a team of 4 site supervisors in leading a portfolio of 60-80 jobs at any given time.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards and regulations on site and with visiting trades
- Overseeing the quality of completed works to the highest standard
- Close out projects on time and on budget, and meet or exceed client expectations
- Meeting monthly KPI’s set by the Business.
- Experience in a similar senior role in Construction
- Proven experience managing staff
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Extensive background in residential construction
- Trade background & strong technical knowledge
