The Role:

• Managing all aspects of the project including planning, co-ordination and supervision from commencement to handover in an effective and cost efficient manner
• Oversee scheduling, labour management, invoice approval,inspections and client relations
• Engage, motivate, direct and lead a team of 4 site supervisors in leading a portfolio of 60-80 jobs at any given time.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with clients and suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards and regulations on site and with visiting trades
• Overseeing the quality of completed works to the highest standard
• Close out projects on time and on budget, and meet or exceed client expectations
• Meeting monthly KPI’s set by the Business.

About you:

• Experience in a similar senior role in Construction 
• Proven experience managing staff 
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
• Extensive background in residential construction 
• Trade background & strong technical knowledge
