Role:
- Manage the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors
- Manage the quality of finishes
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
- Experience with site managing custom residential
- Experience in architecturally designed customes homes
- Volume or medium density experience
- Keen eye for detail and ability to push back on sub-contractors with sub-par performances
- Ability to communicate effectively
