This group deliver commercial and multi-level apartment/townhouse projects. They need a Contract Administrator to work on a commercial project that has 8 weeks to completion. 

Reporting to a Project Manager you will assist with assessing sub-contractor variations, sub-contractor progress payments and procurement of smaller sub-contractor package.
