Our client is a leading Western Australian organisation, significant to the growth of the state. They are currently undertaking an considerable transformation within their HR technology capability, as part of a broader commitment to innovation and operational excellence - a fast-paced, collaborative environment where stakeholder engagement, compliance, and technology adoption are key priorities.

Seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join the team on an initial 6 month temporary contract, with high potential for significant extension.

This role will provide critical support for HRIS operations and the successful implementation of Workday, ensuring seamless processes and data integrity throughout the transition.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems and data management
  • Assist with the rollout and implementation of Workday
  • Manage system configurations, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technology teams to ensure smooth integration
  • Deliver accurate reporting and maintain compliance standards
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
About You
  • 2–3 years’ experience in HCM administration (Chris21 or Workday highly desirable)
  • Exposure to HRIS implementation and full lifecycle projects
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
