Leading Tier 2 Industrial builder. Having won a $200 million project in New South Wales they are in the market for a Contract Administrator to join their high performing team. Being one of Australia’s leading builders there will be opportunity for Project Management progression.
The role
Reporting to the Project Manager / Construction Manager
- Prepare scopes of work and packages for sub-contractors
- Negotiate and award packages to sub-contractors
- Administrate and manage sub-contractors on the project
- Be involved with cost reporting and progress claims
- Be across RFI’s, Variations etc
- Assist PM with programme status and managing the clients and consultants
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years experience in commercial construction
- Experience on projects greater than $20m
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive urgency on the project, always striving to do better
