A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a talented Contract Manager to join its growing Contracts Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience managing IT or technology-related contracts who is looking to take on a broader, client-facing commercial role.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll partner closely with account leaders, delivery teams, and clients to ensure contractual commitments are met and commercial objectives achieved. You’ll be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle — from pre-award activities and negotiation support through to post-award performance management, risk mitigation, and change control. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve value, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and maintaining strong governance and reporting frameworks.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract management or commercial management, ideally within professional services, outsourcing, or IT-related environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, risk allocation, and client engagement.
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
