  • Handling reception calls promptly and courteously
  • Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors with professionalism
  • Coordinating room bookings and managing meeting logistics
  • Arranging catering for meetings and events
  • Overseeing mail, printing, scanning, and filing tasks
  • Managing office supplies and assisting with travel arrangements
  • Performing various ad-hoc duties as assigned
