We are seeking a professional and friendly Corporate Receptionist to join a leading global communications agency in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll be the face of the office, providing exceptional front-of-house service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
 - Manage phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries as needed
 - Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up rooms for appointments
 - Assist with general office administration, including filing and data entry
 - Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
 - Provide support with travel arrangements and senior management scheduling
 
Requirements
- Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or client facing customer service role
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 - Professional presentation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 - Proficient in MS Office
 - A positive attitude with a proactive approach to tasks
