We’re partnering with a multi-business group based in Elsternwick. With four different companies operating onsite, each day brings a different pace and plenty of variety. They’re seeking a polished, energetic Reception & Team Assistant to join them on a permanent part-time basis (3–4 days per week with plan to go full time).
This role sits at the heart of the office blending front-of-house, admin support, assisting with operations tasks, and coordination across several teams. With clear progression and development opportunities internally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and the intercom, welcoming visitors and supporting a steady flow of people through the building.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple businesses.
- Assist senior team members with general admin, project tasks, and low-level operational duties.
- Support office coordination including supplies, meeting room bookings, mail, and general upkeep.
- Monitor shared inboxes and calls (low call volume).
- Provide admin support across various internal business units, including basic finance and compliance assistance.
- Offer reception cover during busy periods and staff leave.
- Maintain a positive, helpful presence this is a people-focused, front-facing role.
- 1–2 years’ experience in administration, reception, or a support role.
- Strong organisational skills with initiative and reliability.
- Comfortable working across multiple businesses and shifting priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with general tech.
- Keen to learn, grow, and step into more responsibility.
- A grounded, adaptable person who fits into a chilled but busy team.
